Viskan Group consists of 240 passionate people who work to give everyday life a well-deserved touch of gold. The Group is owned by the Ramezankhani brothers and is based in Borås.
Viskan Group was founded by the Ramezankhani brothers and has its origins and main operations in the restaurant industry. In 2024 the Group has a turnover of around SEK 100 million and 240 employees. We have won awards such as DI Gasell, been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year by Företagarna in Borås, and several of our businesses have been mentioned in the White Guide.
A local presence and cooperation with other local businesses and city representatives are important to us. To run healthy businesses and attract both satisfied guests and proud employees, you have to work together.
With its two cafés in Borås, Café Viskan is a good example of what we mean. They are popular with our guests and have become natural meeting places in the city. Together with our restaurant Balthazar, Noosh, Viskan Vinbar and Ölbaren, we offer the people of Borås plenty of choice for both eating and spending time together.
In 2014, Café Viskan developed its own coffee that meets the requirements for Fairtrade, KRAV and Direkt Handel standards, which means that the coffee beans are bought directly from cooperatives in each country of origin. The coffee is sold at the two cafés and at the delicatessen Cassise.
